Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item, you must first call us at 613-259-5300 or 877-515-5300 for instructions.

We will only accept returns within 30 days of delivery to you.

Refunds will only be made for items that are returned to us undamaged, unmarked and in original condition.

Once we have received the item from you, we will refund the purchase price of the item and any tax paid, less any shipping costs, to your credit card.
