Constructive Stress Management Constructive Stress Management is absolutely crucial in the prevention and control of many diseases. The prevention and control of Chemical Injury Illnesses is no exception. Research studies with rodents have demonstrated that stress lowers the blood-brain barrier. This allows the chemicals, which normally would not be allowed to reach the brain, to not only reach it; but to also affect it and the rest of the nervous system.
